Helping hands required on Saturday 6th April at 11.00 am to get the pavilion and grounds ready for the season – please put date in your diary and come and help

Dear all,

It seems strange to write about cricket practice for our young ones having
watched the snow fall for 4 hours this morning!
However with a view to preparing for our first match in mid May we thought it
would be a good idea to organise a couple of indoor sessions for the All
Cannings under 11′s in order that we are more prepared for the first match than
we were last year!  Sadly there will be no ACCC under 13′s side due to lack of numbers…

We have booked the sports hall at St Francis for the two indoor sessions and
the dates are: Saturday 20th April at 10.00am and Saturday 27th April at 10.00am

The first outdoor training session is on May 6th at 6.00pm at the club and the
first match is on Friday 17th May at Erlestoke.

It would be very helpful indeed if you could let me now whether your child can
make either or both of the indoor sessions. There will be a small charge of £3
per child to cover the rental of the sports hall.
So please do us a huge favour and let me know within the next week if your
child can make either or both of the indoor sessions,
Many thanks to you all in advance and here’s hoping we have a more successful
season weather-wise than last year…

Unfortunately due to lack of entries, the 6 A-Side has been cancelled. Let’s hope next season brings some better weather and a bit more enthusiasm.
